Pedicure by Alexis (hope thats spelt right) is amazing, really takes her time.I come out feeling like I am walking on air every time.Huge range nail polish colours to choose from. All the girls are polite and welcoming.I would certainly recommend.

Had my nails done around a week and a half ago, the polish chipped within 3 days. The man doing my nails came across as very rude, pulling my hands and wrists, I have a disability which means I cannot bend like others. Very unprofessional. Whilst I was there a young girl left to get money out after receiving treatment, the staff were very accusatory towards her ‘She isn’t coming back’ and so forth. For £45 I expect a better service.

I love this salon. The ladies are very friendly and fun. Always keen to give the best service, welcome you with a smile and a collective good bye is so pleasant. They do your nails right no matter who you get. I’m so glad I found this place.

Have been going to this nail salon since before it moved, so many years. Would recommend it 100% , staff are lovely and they are open to any personal ideas you may have for nail art etc. Reasonable prices as well.

I've had to leave a review as, unfortunately, for the third time of having my nails done here they have started lifting within a week of getting them done. The first two times were infills, Suzy said they were lifting because I needed a new set. So I paid for a new set (£40) only for them to lift within a week again. The nails themselves are bulky, rushed and uneven. I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt by going back a few times but never in 17 years of having nail extensions have I experienced lifting so early on. I will not be returning.

Just been in to get my nails infill was rushed an when I told her can I have another coat she told me no was very rude an untrustworthy she told me to leave my keys or phone while I went an got money from the cash machine which has never happened before. Wouldn’t recommend going there atall!!

Been coming regularly. Usually good but this time I was told I couldn’t have the design I wanted, so picked something else and it was rushed, my nails were different lengths and really thick. Told them as they say quality is priority and they said I can make it shorter which was terrible because they was already was shorter then I wanted. I will be taking myself elsewhere, which is a shame because the owner is really nice! Also chipped after one day and I had gels!

I normally get my nails done here and love them everytime. This time my nails were done by the man here i think he may be new. He was constantly bending my fingers in uncomfortable ways and at one point slapped my hand while doing my nails. I showed my nail design i wanted which had 2 colours and was only allowed 1 colour. I will return but not while this guy is working as i dont feel the way he treats customers is ok

I will not recommend this nail shop. I started coming here Jan 2023. Customer service has not been the best and I have had to wait about 10 minutes usually despite booking online. However, the last straw for me was April. An appointment was booked for 1pm which I attended on time and made the lady at the reception aware. I was told to wait. I waited and after almost 25 minutes of not being seen I went again to the desk to remind them my appointment was at 1pm. I was rudely told other customers are waiting of which I had to remind her that mine was booked for 1pm and is now almost 1:30pm. She then checked the system and then said I will be seen soon. I waited a few minutes and was seen about half one. Whilst waiting another client came for her 1:30pm appointment. She arrived maybe 10 minutes before her appointment. This lady was seen at 1:27pm. I recall as I checked the time. This made me very angry as I wondered why some people are seen on time using the same booking system and I was not. To me this is very unacceptable that clients are not given basic equal treatment. I.e we use the same booking system and one has to wait 30 extra minutes whilst one is seen on time. I might as well have not bothered booking. The lady at the reception is very unprofessional, rude and I find nails in the past has been rushed. However this differential treatment was it for me. Never again. This is my self care and to receive such terrible service is unacceptable.
