Hi all, I been working at green concept landscaping company for a month, I did give them all my energy and working on results, providing commitment, punctuality and attention to detail day by day.In the first week they was guaranteeing me everything, “you have future in this company, you working good, all lads on the team was loving me cause I did took a lot of work from them on helping ways.After a month I realised they have a permanent member of Staff in holidays, and he left to Brasil for a full month, knowing that the owner of the company take me on board just to take profit of me without any intention to give me the full time position, once his worker come back he just ask me to stop to work same day, and left me on the street, a part of lose a reliable person to work also lose his professionalism and dignity.They probably didn’t realise how his decisions can affect other people.I encourage at this point all of you to don’t give credit to unprofessional companies like this one, they take profit of other to earn some extra pennies.
