Fantastic local gym very helpfull and clean. All staff are friendly and very knowledgable. Music is good aswell. Wimens upstairs and mens downstairs absolutley fantastic.

Great little gym. Plenty of free weights and machines. Facilities are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend it to anyone who already trains or any one who's looking to start their fitness journey

I have increased my rating of the gym since the introduction of papertowels to wipe down the machines and the improvement in the weights being put back more frequently. The only thing I think stops a 5 star review would be there is a need for blinds or window coverings for downstairs next to the front street to stop people staring when you're training.Really good gym and the monthly costs are well worth it!

I’ve been using this gym for nearly 2 years now.The 2 criticisms I have is it needs a bit more focus on cleaning.Also the radio when a group of us are working out in the men’s section. The radio is fine at 5am but when a woman comes it gets changed to a slow sloppy station.Sorry but I cannot workout to Adele and other love songs you need motivation music. On a number of occasions I’ve cut my workout short this is not acceptable in a gym.No other gym would play this type of music.please approach me if you need too.

Has the basics of everything you need to train, the staff are friendly too. But it could do with a little bit more space between machines/stations and some more advanced equipment so you can have a wider variety of choice.

Reasonable gym, however I don't like that the male and female Gyms are largely separated. I train with my wife and we're pretty serious with our training. I think it's old fashioned to separate the males and females. I do get there's a mixed section downstairs, but not enough in there to meet our training needs sorry.Also, if you want a laugh check out the painting in the blokes changing rooms. Looks like it's been done by someone visually impaired!!!
