Of all the Starbucks that I have visited in London and indeed around the globe, I can unequivocally say that Prateek and his team are the best. Super friendly, attentive and despite what other reviews have said, efficient and knowledgable. Definitely my favourite Starbucks by a mile!!

Absolute joke cracks in the lids of the cups caused a flood like spill in the car. Electronics are Capput. Mickey Mouse joint never seen anything like it in my life I’ve seen better lids on buckets.

It’s very busy, staff badly trained and the delay for the drink is excessive. People waiting up to 30 minutes for drinks and the drinks seemingly not coming out in any order.It’s new, but management need to get a grip quickly if this is to be a success.

Ordered via the mobile app, said 5-7 minutes for availability, walked in after 5 minutes and coffees were ready and waiting. The lovely girl behind the counter checked which order I was to ensure I had the correct drinks. Lovely service, clean, roomy store, and good drinks!

Lovely atmosphere, and accommodating staff, Justyna was particularly hospitable and helpful; she offered me a great recommendation and was very patient when I wasn't sure what to have.
