Jack Frendo was the best estate agent I have dealt with since moving to London in 2020. He was kind, helpful and patient. Unlike other estate agents, he wasn’t pushy, gave he us open and honest answers to any questions myself and my flat mate had. With not being from the local area, Jack really understood our circumstances and went above and beyond to make sure all parties in the process were happy before progressing! I wouldn’t recommend another estate agent enough, he really takes time to get to know you as a person and help and support you every step of the way. He was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. Thanks to Jack, myself and my housemate have got the most gorgeous flat, in the area we wanted and within our budget. We can’t wait to move in!
