Just want to say thankyou for giving my dad the perfect send off. From start to finish has been amazing and so much more than we could have ever expected. We are so glad we came to you when my dad's life was cut short. We can never thank you and your colleagues enough. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful these people are. From the moment they arrived to collect to the funeral yesterday nothing has been too much trouble and no question unanswered. Compassionate, reassuring and caring throughout with the odd bit of well placed humour to keep us going. Thoughtful little touches came “as standard”. Although I obviously hope not to use them again too soon I most definitely highly recommend.

Terrible service, and attitude.

Lengs funeral service did my mother proud today.They where professional,Kind and nothing was too much trouble.The service I received was wonderful.I cannot fault anything at all.You go in upset and not knowing what to do and you come out smiling and everything is all sorted for you.The celebrant Debbie is lovely and puts you at ease.I feel I have made friends for life.Always there for you.I thank you all

Lynn and the team were incredibly helpful and supportive to my family & I after Mum died. We really didn’t know where to start when it came to planning and organising but the team made an extremely difficult time just that little bit easier. Planning mums funeral wasn’t something we could have prepared for but we never once had to repeat our wishes, they had remembered everything we had discussed from our first introduction and made it possible. They were able to provide us with unlimited access to see mum in the chapel of rest which isn’t for everyone but was massively important to me and mine. I would always recommend Lengs first to anyone. Thank you for all your help, patience & guidance love Kelsey, Lucie, Siobhan & Mark Easter. X x x
