Now under new ownership. Experienced problems at till using card payment. My American Express card was declined twice. This shop has always accepted Amex in the past.

I regularly pop in for my paper in the morning and the staff are always so courteous, especially the young chap with the long hair he never fails to make me smile I think he’s the manager.

Higher Bebington Post Office
Staff only operating one post office counter despite multiple staff, huge queue and slow flow. No member of staff outside to keep things flowing and to keep queue informed. In queue so long my phone died, and then staff refused to release my item because I couldn't access my tracking number, despite having my passport and driving license on me.

Parcel sent sat morning 1030 24 hour tracked and now 6pm monday still in the shop confirmed with royal mail there has been collections and still not been put in system next step is police to report theft as ive already raised investigation with post office head office

Staff are friendly enough but the business stocks unmarked versions of products that usually have the manufacturer's own price on the packaging just so they can inflate the price of them. Better off going to the co-op down the road.

Rude beyond belief what gives you the right to put up a till closed" sign as I approach the counter after queuing and then just completely ignore me ? Horrible
