Useless place,Never open when I am finished work. Surely it should be open for more hours than that or instead of just 2 hours of a morning have it open for 2 hours in the evening for the people that actually work.

Opening times are pathetic, this needs correcting asap, I cant collect any of my parcels or send any out because site is closed after 2pm everyday this causes havic.royal mail sort and correct this issue, stop being so tight on your budget and actually pay someone to be there, stop thinking about profits,

We believe one of drivers hit our car (witness saw red royal mail car) and ran. It lost molding and we returned it to your office. In the yard there was damaged vehicle (all are with bumps and dents), but 1 particular with damaged and missing molding (yes, exactly same as we returned). Their manager said, he will do investigation next day. Never heard a word after. Clearly staff has no clue what ROYAL stands for. You lost a customer for life and moved to the bottom of the list of all delivery companies.

Staff are good, but big empty carpark that can't be used as staff cars are not insured to use it and very little customer parking availability as the customer carpark is full of staff cars, this is frustrating

I liked the service but not the door which is so hard to use when having to walk with two sticks. Also the car park is terrible. The disabled parking is taken up by staff and some customers who just park wherever they like.
