Absolutely brilliant service. We needed an emergency plumber on a Sunday during lockdown. I called Subs based on the reviews. He gave us a time and estimated cost, he turned up on time and conducted the work in a very professional manner and charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. Very friendly guy and he explained everything he was doing. I will definitely use Subs again and will recommend to friends and family.

In an age where high quality service is sometimes hard to come by, Suba was superb. I was initially hesitant as I had multiple jobs and have had previous plumbers who have been inefficient. I need not have been worried, as Suba was exceptionally punctual, worked to my convenience, was responsive on the phone (believe it or not I rang him regarding a sudden leak from my sink at 9am and he was with me by midday on the same day!), had an excellent manner, was communicative, and completed jobs to an excellent standard, all at a very reasonable price. As can be the case with plumbing jobs, there was an ongoing leak in my toilet but Suba came back promptly, with no hassle caused for me, and fixed the issue in no time. Much appreciated Suba! Will invite you back for sure next time if any plumbing issues (although I hope no issues arise lol)

Fast and and value service. I screwed through a hot water pipe when putting some floorboards down late Sunday afternoon. They were here within 30 minutes and had us up and running in another 30 minutes. Genuinely nice and friendly guy, will definitely be using again, hopefully not in an emergency next time!

Always there when you need him and always on time, very reasonable with pricing. Would highly recommend.

Extremely quick and efficient.We had a bad leak but couldn't work out the origin. He quickly found the route and with absolutely no damage to the bathroom or walls he managed to fully take apart the toilet and reinstall it replacing all the broken areas all within the hour of his arrival.We asked about recommendations for heating upgrades and we will certainly be returning to him for installation.Very friendly, very up front and communicated his availability and arrival times clearly. He did not faff about.Not to mention his pricing was extremely reasonable considering the work and parts that were needed!Bathroom was probably cleaner when he left than when he'd arrived!Thanks!

***Additional review 5/9/22- had Subs plumbing out to my own home and a further rental property….all 3 times I have had Subs service has been 1st class- thanks ***Used Subs plumbing today for a rental property, called at lunch time and the guy was there the same day, fixed the problem and my tenant was really pleased with their work. Was a great guy apparently. Thankyou

The service provided by Subs was excellent. He visited one of my rental properties, having liaised with the tenant directly. He promptly diagnosed what the issue was and talked me through the various options available. We agreed a solution and he booked a second appointment to attend and fix. His timing, advice and service is of an exemplary standard. He has now completed about 5 jobs for me and even the tenants have said that he is a genuinely nice guy, which is a bonus!

There's not enough I can say about this man right here.When a pipe bursts or you have a leak of some sort, it's water, you can't imagine not getting it sorted or diagnosed instantly. Especially when your whole household relies on the kitchen.I called him when my waste pipe from my kitchen sink was backed up and flooded the kitchen, he was there within 30 minutes, fixed the problem within 30 minutes, recommended a product to avoid it happening again instead of quoting to fix it himself. But that's not even the best thing....3 days later both my taps burst, exploded and flooded the kitchen (Wayfair taps), deeming my kitchen unusable. I called him the next day and we booked a date in. He was on time, had it fixed within 3 hours, went above and beyond to get us sorted and was on his way. Everything he wanted he was transparent and up front about. I knew when to be there, what he needed and how big the job was going to be. He was even early.I can't recommend him more, and the best thing about it all? He's absolutely hilarious and full of life, had me in stitches at some points.Anyway, I know getting a plumber is always daunting but this company has restored my faith, and I don't feel robbed at all. What a man. I attached a picture of my new taps because I'm absolutely stoked by them!!Thanks so much

Subs is a great guy, always cheerful and positive, prompt, professional, and effective! Prices very reasonable, never any surprises, and he always gets the job done. We can confidently leave him working in our house alone, totally trustworthy. Heartily recommended. 10/10

I can't praise Subs highly enough. Our boiler was running at high pressure and he attended the same day, diagnosed the problem immediately (expansion vessel was full of water) and got it fixed and working safely within the hour.He then came back on Saturday (arrived early!), removed the filter that was damaged (that the boiler installer had fitted on the wrong side), put a new filter on the correct side, installed a limescale reducer and Hive (correcting some wiring as well). He drained the system, was thorough in his checks for leaks and checked the pressure was maintaining a safe level. When I had an issue with Hive after he left he answered my call straight away, suggested a solution then rang me back 5 minutes later to check it was okay (it was). Suba also showed me how to clean the filter and even put a hook in to hang the cleaning tool from.All of this work was completed within an hour and a half, with Suba providing lots of useful advice and guidance about our heating system along the way. He is an extremely positive individual who made the stressful ordeal of a failing boiler easier to bear. His knowledge and attention to detail were extremely reassuring.Suba was very transparent about his costs, which were surprisingly reasonable. We will definitely have him back to service our boiler annually.The guy who installed our boiler didn't do a great job and we didn't even realise - Suba spotted at least 3 errors and rectified them all. Superb experience.
