Brilliant service, helpful and friendly staff and owners. Was kindly given a box of firelighters and told Happy Christmas when I was struggling to get my woodburner going, while running around getting horse bedding sheep feed! You don't get that service from big chains. Thank you Rose Mills.

We always come here to buy feed for our chickens and treats for the dog. It is a well stocked and well run store with very friendly and helpful staff. The covid awareness and precautions are spot on. Highly recommended.

Bought 3 items. 2 charged wrongly, the third very expensive. When I said that the product , and all those on shelf, were marked at a lower price, I was told there had been an increase ( 95% in this case) !The 2nd item was 'the wrong item on the till'.Eventually got money back but unsure if I'll use them again.
