Ordered plates on next day delivery, still haven’t arrived two weeks later. Have asked for refund and they are now ignoring me. Awful service awful company.

Absolutely awful company. Avoid avoid avoid. My partner ordered a set of plates for my birthday and paid for next day delivery. Finally arrived 4 days late, no spacing, no BS number, no supplier details. Company agreed to refund so returned plates at our cost and then nothing. Plates have been received and acknowledged but now one month on they are ignoring emails and still no refund. Absolutely disgusting customer services.

Again, no idea why these guys have such a bad rating. I've used them countless times and they've always been spot on. Just ordered my most recent plate at 3pm on a Friday, it was delivered less than 24hrs later and in perfect condition.

Slight defect on first plate received, contacted and they've sent a replacement ASAP. Other than that defect, very good quality and good customer service. Will be using again!

No details on spacing measurements on the webpage so wasted my money on illegal plates. Rubbish customer service.Would not recommend.

I've bought numerous plates from A1 over the years. They always get delivered quickly and to a quality id expect. I am looking to order new plates now and have come to my go to company A1" and I was so surprised by their review score I had to comment. I've probably bought 20 plates over the last 10 years without issue and keep coming back. 5 star everytime"

Not sure why these guys have been given such bad reviews. I’ve had such a good experience. Firstly I ordered the incorrect sized number plate for my car, they changed it the following morning at no extra cost. Communication was great. Received the plates in a very short period of time as promised. The plates are good quality and I am very happy! Give these guys the credit they deserve. The sad truth is people will shout about a bad experience but rarely talk about a good one, so speak up! So here’s 5 stars for you A1 Show Plates! Thank you!

Paid £7.95 for next day delivery.Three days later still waiting and emails not being replied to. Poor sevice.

Cheap and quick turnaround, but the plates were poor quality. The rear plate has started to bubble and come away from the backing. I contacted their customer support and was told this was because I had drilled the plate (despite the fact that most plates need to be drilled to fit and they even supply you with screw caps when you buy them!) I'd recommend paying a bit more and buying elsewhere

Terrible. Stay away at all costs. Have waited over 2 months for a refund and they are now ignoring my emails. Dealt with someone called Zoe who said she would process the refund once they received the plates back and now they've confirmed receipt of the plates, it's just radio silence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
