Priors Property Management
I have been very impressed by Priors. They are very easy to communicate with, always answer phone calls and emails promptly. They say what they're going to do and then they do it - swiftly, efficiently and professionally. They have done more in the short time we have been with them that our previous property management company did in 18 months. I highly recommend Priors to manage both small properties and big blocks of flats. Big shout out goes to Richard Redfern who is our property manager - top notch!

Duncan Court Associates have been very happy with the service from Darren at Priors. Always working with us to provide solutions to maintain Duncan Court. We now have Richard as our Property Manager and again, he is very proactive in working with us and helping maintain Duncan Court to a good standard.

Priors Property Management
We use Priors for the management of our flat building, and would highly recommend. In recent months there have been several issues with the property both from other residents and general maintenance. Priors (in particular Paul Gibbs) have been excellent in addressing the issue and keeping residents aware of the ongoing progress. They are always quick to reply and reassure; by far the best property management company I have used in over 15 years.

Priors Property Management
Priors have been to our flat 7 times over the space of 5 weeks to sort a blocked drain, that we highlighted for them. Still not sorted and now the flat has serious water logged ceiling damage and we have puddles of water on the floor every time it rains. Seems to me property management companies rather than taking preventative action in checking all the properties they manage drains once a year towards the end of the summer, would rather, probably because it’s massively more profitable to wait for an issue then drag out the process and hope for damage so they have exponentially more billable hours.This been said their staff are lovely, but honestly as yet their completely ineffective.
