The installation was hassle free and the team were responsive. The process was flexible and the team worked really hard to accommodate my schedule. I’m very pleased with how professional the installer was, he considered the visual impact of where the charger was being installed and did a fantastic job.

Quick and easy to organise, they kept me informed every step of the way. This was one of the cheapest quotes I got, and was for the better charging unit, and was completed within 2 weeks of initial contact. The electrician that came out to fit was also very professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at getting an EV charger fitted

Installer arrived on time, carried out a check inspection of job, proposed a better routing of cable (compared to that which I had proposed and drawn for Installation when ordering) to improve esthetics of installation. Got on with the job which was professionally carried out without wasting time and cleaned up dust from drilling afterwards. He also explained the usage of system and left his contact details together with manufacturers Instruction Manual and Quick Start Guide, should any issues arise when new EV received. Altogether a positive experience.

Very happy to recommend Impra Charge. They installed my hypervolt charger at relatively short notice. The work was conducted at the time and date specified and I was delighted with how discreetly the cabling was routed, in what was a more complicated installation. They even set up the hypervolt app.

Impra Charge fitted our first EV battery charger for my wife's electric car in Swansea, yesterday. The service was excellent and the charger was fitted in around 3 hours. The box and wiring are perfectly fitted on the front of our house and the installing engineer took care not to tread on the plants. He was polite and helpful and showed us how to set up the account and waited until this was done and the car was charging for the first time before he left. A great job. Thank you.
