I contacted Callum via his website in the first instance, and he replied quickly with very full information, including answering a technical query. I then called him to confirm the booking and was very impressed with his knowledge and attitude - friendly and professional. He arrived slightly ahead of time, called me to confirm a couple of things and was done before lunchtime. The job is very neat and you'd hardly know he had been in the car. The price was excellent, especially considering he had a 220-mile round trip for the job!

This was the second time I used Highland Trailer to fit a tow bar. Excellent service, with no need to take the car elsewhere for the fitting. He comes to your premises! Efficient and competent, and arrived at the appointed time. I would recommend Callum without hesitation, and in fact have already done so.

Cannot praise them highly enough. Callum provided expert advice and kept me informed throughout, he and his colleague arrived on time and despite low temperatures quickly fitted the tow bar I needed. He also drew to my attention a pre-existing electrical fault he had discovered within my vehicle and fixed it for me at no extra cost.

Absolutely first class service. Came to my home at the agreed time and fitted my tow bar quickly and with no mess or hassle. The products they fitted are high quality and I was given a full tutorial on its function and use.
