I was very wooried initially after ordering my kitchen as I heard slot of bad reviews not in regards to the quality more of things being missing or damaged. But it was absolutely spot on could not fault the service or the kitchen everything was there as stated . My own fitters were happy and also said they couldn't fault a thing , Peter Potts at the Ashton under lyne store was my kitchen planner again faultless I was really happy with the service and what he planned he makes sure your happy with everything any changes after final measure he will re design to suit really happy with everything

Recently purchased a kitchen from Wren. The service from Ben Twigg from start to finish was excellent. One of the best customer experiences I have had. I cannot recommend Ben enough - great service, knowledgeable, helpful and always on hand.

I had a great experience with a really helpful designer and the graphic design and virtual reality tools were amazing to help plan the kitchen. Nearly finished kitchen but not quite !

One of the worse up to yet. Drawing and delivery was on time and cannot fault them.The guy did brilliant job designing the kitchen but the problem is the production. They sent in wrong corner unit panels and can't fix a kitchen without a corner unit.They have one of the worse cut off time in market for next day delivery for a faulty part which apparently meant to go through quality check and should be done right.And the funny part is they sent the same faulty panel which don't fit again second time round.We not only had faulty corner unit but drawer side was rusty and we paid for a brand new kitchen not second hand.I've had to ring so many time and was promised it will be right next time and guess what the delivery never came the third time it was meant to come.My kitchen fitters are sitting here doing nothing for 2 weeks because wren kitchen can't do their job right.I'm thinking of cancelling the whole lot. We recommend few people but after all this issues I've asked them to go else where.

Very well pleased with the service and the quality is the best we have ever experienced. As this is our 5th kitchen in 42 years that is saying something. We were lucky in our choice of installer and I will give his details if asked for.

Wren Kitchen installed a new kitchen for us in January 2021. We visited their showroom where the Wren team designed our kitchen to our specification, and seamlessly got it delivered and installed as scheduled. The kitchen has put such a breath of fresh air into our house. Wren provided us with a professional fitter, so we did not have to do any looking around for a fitter.Will greatly recommend Wren to family and friends.

Had a home Visit from Peter at Wren, we have a relatively small kitchen so space is a premium. Peter came up with plans to maximize our space as we had no ideas how to make things work ourselves.Nothing was too much for Peter, he regularly ran to the van to grab samples, ensured everything was measured within a thousandth of a mm of accuracy and engaged in some friendly chit chat with us both throughout the visit. We eventually settled on the design and agreed to pay a nominal deposit.Wren itself were also fantastic, the staff in store are all very friendly, you will be offered a good old cuppa when going through your design. Wren offer finance options with interest free (yes interest free ) credit which we decided to go with because why not!?As a separate note, we were unlucky to get a parking charge for an overstay in the carpark which Wren took over to get overturned successfully for us.Great service from start to finish and a big thanks to Wren for their help in arranging our new kitchen. Over to us to get all the work done in preparation for delivery early January!
