The welcome organisation have helped me a few times when I couldnt afford food due to heavy drinking. I left myself short at times because I spent money on drink instead of food. I'm over six months sober now thank god. But will never forget those who helped me along the way. Please support the welcome organisation any way you can as they are much needed in this day and age of uncertainty. Its life saving work they do without a doubt. Helping the most marginalised of society. May God bless you all.

Very good if you have problems with your life they have free WiFi. Don't look like much. But this place will help you. You can also eat for free. Long queue for the toilet though!!

Ex-client review here:Put your trust in Welcome Organisation, be kind to them and don't break rules (they have very stressful jobs!) and I truly believe they can help you in ways no others could/would like they did for me!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was supported over a year ago by the Welcome Org over multiple periods of difficulty. They have always went above and beyond to help me get where I want to be. The staff is extremely understanding and will not judge no matter what your problems may be.My personal dream was to move to England as Belfast got me lazy and depressed but my homelessness made this extremely difficult. Welcome Organisation set me up with a ferry to Liverpool and after one day in a Hostel I paid for myself, I was homeless again. Some may call this irresponsible as I had 0 connections within' 300mi of Liverpool but the change of scenery gave me the strength to push forward!I now have a full-time job and spacey room in London with my girlfriend and soul-mate, pursue my passions every week and am still moving forward and this ALL started with Welcome Org. I am forever grateful for their support and understanding where others could not understand, this is why 12 months after I still decided to review, support & kindness like they gave me cannot be forgotten!P.S. If any staff read this; special thanks to all the staff! I am truly happy where I am now and it is thanks to all of your combined work.

Don't trust them they are involved in all trouble you get (hieracky ) is gang thugs in hostel work for welcome centre. regarding threats and violence via useing what they call friendly members of public and manipulated homeless people in hostels and on streets.to force you out safe places to sleep so they can force you in to hostel that's all they care about so best avoid telling outreach team were you are .work coaches work with them and they happily get you sanctioned force you into hostel.my advice if suddenly u attacked force to move and oops hostel room available yes I suspect 100% they planned it all.Dont be superized if forced out of welcome centre by other ruff sleepers they pretend they not involved but they use them get rid off you as for their guilty conshens they don't have one as they visualise you as being someone they hate And will put fake profile of u on there system of course if you go in hostel you have nice profile they get funding say look were nice but they nasty use hostel hieracky they set up to intimidated you to do what they want you to do.all in all best stay far away from them .that's my thoughts my experience of them is they very two-faced unkind every time I had move they behind it if turn up to help after u attacked etc id refuse anything from them keep your self respect just find new place far out so they leave you alone.if people turning against you again 100% they behind it and same with police suddenly you get arrested Via fake rehersed provocative act I wish I never met them.the rubbish idea ohh chardge you 200pounds month or 100 at best to stay in hostel or you stay in place free on streets id rather save 200 pounds stay away from unpleasant hostel environment so thanks but no thanks I certainly don't describe the outreach workers illegal tactics as helpful or remotely think they care caused me nothing but harassment .if ruff sleeper is in place they not visible not affecting people the very idea of useing illegal means to move them pretending its for the best is disgracefull all just about there egos and money someone remind them they there to support people not there to control people?I actually have been on streets.and in hostel no help just small room in difficult environment that cost hudge service charge its just about money.
