Great new store with lots of equipment to try and Felix was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right equipment to suit us. Item was in stock and many delivery date options available and not as expensive as some places. We’d definitely go back to Exeter in the future, also free parking available which is a huge benefit in the middle of town.

Myself and my partner went into the Exeter store to view the Body Power SP.IC20. We were greeted by Kris who gave us some great advice on “Spin Bike Spec”. We were very happy with the service provided and the time that was spent on us as well as the knowledge passed on regarding the bike range. We were asked to submit a review based on our experience in store and were more than happy to submit as we felt it well deserved!!! Good luck Fitness Superstore Exeter!!! Dealt with Kris from the Exeter store and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a lack of knowledge on what spinning bike to purchase and he quick established what bike would suit me personally and knew exactly what he was talking about, I felt very confident in his recommendation. Thanks Kris!

My wife and I visited the Fitness Superstore in Exeter yesterday to buy a treadmill. The salesperson whose name was Brett was great. There was no pressure, just sound impartial advice. We were left to discuss it and we bought a great treadmill which we are very excited about as it is exactly what we wanted at a great price. We were so happy with his advice we also bought a second piece of equipment while we were there. So happy with Exeter Fitness Superstore

Brett was very helpful and knowledgeable when we visited the Exeter store. He took into consideration my health issues and advised what would benefit me the most and to try out the equipment for comfort and use. No pressure to buy or influence a sale. Just waiting now for my cross trainer to arrive and get started. Great Service.

Currently the store has been very supportive with and issue with my bow flex M9. Since purchase this machine has failed to work as sold. The store has been helpful in finding a resolution so far. Will up date as this process progresses.

Great instore service, terrible customer care service when something goes wrong!I would not recommend Fitness Superstore! Do not get miss sold buy the instore experience!You would expect a high value bike to last more than 6 weeks before it breaks and if it did you would hope that effort would be made to fix it quickly, sadly not the case with Fitness Suoerstore.We put in a service request on the 13th of March (11743556) and we are still waiting for an engineer to come! We had used the bike for 6 weeks and it has already broken. We have spend £600 on what was sold as a reliable light commercial bike and it has already failed on us. I have emailed numerous times and been told sorry for the wait the engineers will be in contact. If this is not resolved with a week I will be requesting a discount off the bike or you can come and collect and refund and we will buy elsewhere. I am currently very unhappy with the service we have received.Good customer service takes more than just polite lip service!

We recently bought a new cross trainer from Fitness Superstore in Exeter and the experience was fantastic. They have a good range of fitness machines to choose from. Felix, who helped us, really knew his facts and figures and guided us to exactly the machine we were looking for. He was professional, efficient and responded immediately to follow up emails we sent with questions. Furthermore, I had one final question today and Brett was able to help me - he was also brilliant and sorted out my query within 5 minutes. This level of customer service is so rare and we have been so impressed. We will definitely shop here for any future fitness purchases - and we live a 3 hour drive away!

My first experience with Fitness Superstore Exeter. First, very good to have a store in Exeter for those of us living in the SW. Excellent initial customer service from front-line staff (Brett & James), followed by a smooth purchasing process and excellent delivery experience via Panther Logistics (transparency, tracking communication and delivery at prescribed time). Early days but first impression of product very positive. So 5 star experience to date - comforting and confidence-inspiring.
