I would highly recommend ewartpark agents to sell your home with. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable who give you their full support.I had 5 different agents who gave me an estimated value of my house in November 2021. Every agent walked in, looked about , gave me a rough price, and spoke about what packages they offer. 4 out of the 5 agents said, We recommend you do the viewings as you know the house better than us" and the value of the house was jumping up and down with the difference of 40k. Ewart Park Lettings lease out my property in West Lothian. Gwen, Emilio and their team went above and beyond to get my flat repaired after my flat was flooded and hastened the factors to get the work started and sorted out. They very kindly acted on my behalf. They ensured that the work was carried out to a high standard. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done. I would very much recommend this leasing agent for leasing out property.

I have rented from Gillian and Gwen since for several years now since we their business first began. I have had nothing but great communication and any issues that have occurred through wear and tear of the property they have dealt with it in a professional and kind manner. Ewart Park made the process of selling our house quick and easy, even during a global pandemic! I was a tenant with EwartPark for over a year and had the best experience with them.I've been with a few letting agencies over the years with job moves and uni, and I can hands down say that EwartPark have been the best.Every correspondence was quick and efficient. Every request was met and handled. I had no issues with communication from the team, they were always on hand. They are wonderful to talk with as they get to know you and they make every interaction a pleasant one. It is almost like you are a family friend when interacting with them.It's been a year since I've moved out and I had to contact the team for a reference for my dog. I stayed at a flat managed by EwartPark for a year and had a great experience. The flat presented itself well and any issues always were fixed swiftly. Staff are all friendly and considerate, would have liked to stay longer but I have left the country. I recommend.

I can not state clearly enough how helpful the team at EwartPark have been during my tenancy. Always a quick, friendly and uncomplicated response over the phone, by email or by popping into their offices in Bathgate. Nothing is too much trouble for them. !!Avoid!!!Previously deleted my last review!Unprofessional staff. Horrible communication, lies, constant delays and excuses. Always have to chase them up for an answer to queries raised. Management are hopeless and pass the blame to anyone bar themselves. Overall a horrible experience dealing with Ewart park.Would not use again.

Dealt with Gillian, Gwen and staff for the sale of our flat.The service we received from the flat going on the market to sale going through was absolutely brilliant.
