I have reached out to many regarding my home treadmill & they were not helpful nor interested.Jon however, responded right away & diagnosed the issue within seconds. Jon and his team at Northwick were able to help me with an issue with my treadmill. I was able to diagnose the issue with a virtual session with Jon who was very responsive, professional and informative. This led to a visit from one of their engineers which was prompt, professional and fixed the issue in a safe timely manner in the current pandemic. The communications and responsiveness from Northwick is what I would expect from good customer service. I would recommend Northwick to anyone every time.

Jon was so helpful and replied so fast to my inquiry about best home treadmill model and he provided very precise technical information on the model of treadmill best for my home use (1 hr a day; 5-6 miles). I took his advice and stopped looking at NordicTrack Elite 800 and instead researched Sole, Spirit & Lifetime models. Spirit’s XT285 is my choice. Jon saved me from a potential headache from buying a deficient machine for my needs and possibly a waste of $1,500! I am 1000 times more confident now in making my home treadmill purchase after conferring with Jon, an engineer that actually knows the ins and outs of home treadmills. Thank you!!

During these times when face to face contact can be more difficult Northwick Associates offer a fantastic remote diagnosis service. It was incredibly useful to have simple access to expert advice. Working in a technical field myself I really appreciate the assistance of an expert with good communication skills, as it makes everything so much easier. I found the approach of the engineer I spoke with to be very thorough, clear and thoughtful. I would definitely highly recommend the service excellent quality and great value.

Excellent service received throughout dealing with Northwick. The remote diagnosis process was first class with Jon being super helpful and clearly highly experienced helping me to make my decision on what to do next. My treadmill was 15 years old and it was not worth the investment to repair, so I purchased a new one through Northwick who gave good advice about the replacement offering a competitive price and quick delivery. I was given a trade in value for my old treadmill which was taken away when the new one was delivered. The guys who delivered the new one were careful, polite and gave good advice regarding the operation. Overall the service received from Northwick could not have been better as everyone I spoke with were helpful, friendly and professional. I could not recommend them more.

Thank you so much for the service and repair of my treadmill. All in all, the Northwick team has been great, from your patient remote diagnostics to the onsite appointment. Jon, the remote engineer was great, very professional and patient...I got to pick up one or two things. The onsite engineer was on time, pleasant and very professional. Not once did I get the impression that the work carried out was rushed. I finally get to use my treadmill without worrying about reliable maintenance/servicing.Thank you Northwick.

Our second hand treadmill which served us well recently started to have some issues. Northwick Associates have been excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. Diagnosis of the issues was via a remote engineer option which was really straightforward. Once the problem was identified they responded quickly with unbiased advice and quotes as to the best option. We opted to trade in our old treadmill. The new treadmill arrived today and was installed by Northwick. They were brilliant. All sorted in just over a week! Thank you Jon, Alison and the team at Northwick Associates.

My cross trainer stopped working and I wasn't prepared to pay for an engineer to come out to look at it so I was stuck until I found Jon's website offering several different customer friendly options for online diagnosis. On his advice and with his guidance I successfully replaced a sensor and have my machine working again. I was also able to source the spare part through his website as well which could have been difficult otherwise. Also I always had prompt replies to my emails which I was particularly impressed with. Thanks Jon!

I purchased a treadmill heater from Northwick which arrived promptly and works very well. When my previous treadmill developed some problems I contacted them and was impressed by their willingness to both engage and assist, even though the treadmill had not been purchased from them. In addition, because the treadmill was still under warranty, there was not going to be any financial gain for Northwick. Long story short, the old treadmill could not be fixed and I needed a new one. Based on my previous experience with them and their exceptional Google reviews, I decided to buy a replacement from Northwick and went with their recommendation of a Flow Fitness DTM2500. Delivery and installation was prompt and professional. Early days with the Flow Fitness machine, but it appears to be “robust” which is what I was principally looking for.
