Ok so Saturday yes I seen they closed at 4 so I raced down got there 4 min before they closed to pick up a part I reserved for collection but no they weren't picking up my calls and had the shutters closed 4 min before they closed which is ludacris you close at 4 on a Saturday so you're shutters should begin to go down at 4 o clock that is not fair for customers, FYI if your going to put the shutters down 4 min early fix the timing on the website THAT YOUR GOING TO CLOSE 4 min EARLY!

Parts are really good. However, the level of service has fallen in recent months. Very slow service by the staff as they do not have any sense of urgency to decrease service time. You always have to wait for at least half an hour before it's your turn, as it seems like the place is always busy. But that's far from the truth, staff need more training to show them that parts can be found a lot faster on the system and also the warehouse to deal with customer needs a little bit faster.

Wrong parts despite telling them check the parts several times, I told them these parts don't look like the right ones please check and make sure they not incorrect. They assured me that these were the correct parts unfortunately they were not.
