AVOID this company at all costs ... Totally unprofessional. Give out false information and (Damien) does not reply to emails for weeks-months. You will not see your deposit again and also they will make up pretend agreements (even though no paperwork is given) to say you owe them furniture once you leave and must be left in the property - even though you bought it. The one star is being generous. State of property is also not fit for purpose - damp all over, toilet backing up, hole in wall where back door does not fit the frame, so letting in cold/wet.

Alert!! Please do not make the mistake of thinking this is being run by professional people, it is in no way shape or form. Advice- use a professional long running agent recommended agent and not the above. Having read your response, all I can say is you have a very short memory. I spoke numerous times to 'Pamela' on behalf of my daughter, advising you the situation my daughter was in, an abusive relationship, and trying to get call backs and forms filled in to move her out. It took a lady from the domestic Abuse team in the end who spoke to an elder gentleman employed by you, to update you and get anything done. Very poor service overall.

Very poor agency open hours rubbish never answer phone. Had lots of problems on going very slow to sort out things never had such bad agency as this one in my entire life ? Steer clear if possible

Came away from a viewing covered in flea bites! Awful attitude. I am sure messages and offers were not relayed properly. Barge pole people!

Disgusting service.We have been a tenant for over two years. And have now gone one week with no hot water or heating. This estate agents are happy to leave me and my small family in this predicament whilst lying to us telling us compensation and a fixed boiler is on its way. Do not rent through this company!!

Phoned and spoke to Pamela as was interested in viewing a property they were advertising. I am a loan parent and explained I receive Benefits Pamela advises that this was not a problem for the Landlord (which is very unusual, I’ve been looking for a property for 18 months, and this was the first time my situation had been accepted, as long as I have a Guarantor, which I do). Booked to view the property the next day, was very excited and took along my teenage daughter. Damien was the agent we met and who showed us round. Loved the property, I asked if there had been any applications, which I was told, ‘there had been just one, which had been rejected by the Landlord’. The Landlord wanted someone to move into the property within two weeks, which I said would not be a problem, I completed the application and took back a day later......I had not heard anything regarding my application, phoned at least twice a day, but Damien was always either; in a meeting; out on viewings; or on a day off!! My Guarantor had never been contacted for referencing purposes, and after constant calling for three weeks, Damien has never spoken to me, even my Guarantor has been trying to contact him, and he is receiving the same excuses as I’ve been given. I have since found out by the receptionist (who is a great asset to an otherwise completely unprofessional Letting Agents), that someone else has been accepted..... Yet my application was the first in months! The Landlord was fine with my situation, no checks made to push my application forward, then someone out of the blue has been allowed to leapfrog my application, and I’ve lost out! My daughter is devastated, which of course makes things worse, yet still Damien has never spoken to me to inform me as to why this all happened. In my opinion, I have been discriminated against because I receive benefits, and they wanted, in their opinion, a better person...... Both Damien and Pamela are morally reprehensible people. I am amazed such people are being paid a commission by Landlord’s to look after and advertise their properties. I am a person too, who’s money is a good as the next persons’ with feelings and emotions too...... I was given the impression by Damien I would be accepted and move in very quickly..... Bad form Damien, shame on you!

Im a landlord and Damien was very honest helpful and held my hand through the whole process. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommended Edmonton Estates . When I have a problem it is enough to make a phone call to Damien and he always finds a specialist who sorts out everything without any delay .

We have been served notice of possession. The name on the official court papers was not even ours.They have been payed RENTby council since may2016 for this property. But deliberately never spoke to us ever about outstanding arrears. I called many times to complain so they could have brought it to my attention then.Instead they never get back to you,repairs are never done-even though they agreed and had a firm in to quote the work.we have no heating,no hot water all Windows don't shut or open properly,and the only door that works has no steps.Im disabled so you can imagine what fun that is.My boiler hasn't been serviced in over 2 years maybe more.My husband has been ill with carbon monoxide levels,high,in his blood and we both are suffering with black mold spore poisoning.It sounds crazy,like surely things can't be that bad.But I have photos of leaks, holes, rotten floor and gaps.Fake vent hood over cooker,lol doesn't even have a vent (just a few cobwebs).We are not allowes to decorate.This is because if we did,We would see the holes and damp.They paint over all the vents????who does that?It was a clapped out shell when we moved in,but we were desperate.But £110 a week for a caravan,surely means the least they can do is take care of the property and not let it fall into disrepair.Because it's not fair on the landlords he is supposed to be working for.They can't get the names Wright on official court documents so you can see why I took issue at the amount they said I owed,I knew I didn't.But never call the environmental health or they will evict you.It took me two years of trying to get things done without the need for the council,cause let's face it,there pretty useless st the best of times.But after being ignored and talked down to and hung up on,also after my nurse made the first call,that's the route I went.Now I'm going to be homeless.They are all about the money,there's not the landlords. Also they always get tipped off on inspections.Stay far away from these people.He drives a brand new black BMW with the personalised number plate, EASE LET!Yeah like he wasn't laughing all the way to the bank with that one.Tennants have no Wright's. Our case was heard in 4 mins,he knew them and had all ready made his mind up. Not even an adjournment to get the name correct, or my rebuttal.No one wants to be homeless at Christmas and deserves the chance not to be.You have been warned,if your tenancy had his name attached be carefull, he works with his MUM and his name is Damian,he has a fake smiley faces - not a typo!! But the people who live on Innisfree Park homes are nice,friendly neighbours. You get the odd one,but you do everywhere. This is my most HONEST if not long winded review.lol...
