Farzana and both the girls were an absolute delight! Did a fabulous job with the cleaning of the house, the oven. I time and professional yet ensuring they have the personal touch of treating and cleaning the house like it is theirs. Well done Farzana and team!

They did a really good job. Arrive in time, very professional and customer orientated. I will keep them as a regular housekeeping. I recommend their services to anyone that doesn't have too much time and needs help to keep the house sorted.

I contacted B&B leicester on a Thurs to request a quote for a deep clean. The following Friday Farzana had visited the property to enable an accurate quote, and then the job was booked in and completed on the following Sunday! Blown away with the efficency, professionalism not to mention reasonable price. Would definitely 100% recommend! Farzana and her team went above and beyond!

Very professional cleaning service.Spoke to Farzana over the phone about which rooms needed deep cleaning and received a bespoke quote. Although initially they were fully booked for 2 weeks, Farzana contacted me when they had a last minute cancellation and managed to fit me in very quickly.Two friendly staff members carried out the clean, and were very attentive in the job, and asked that I check over each of the rooms after they were done. Since I have dogs, they also checked in with me to see if I would like room spray to be used before using, which I thought was professional and thoughtful.

I phoned Farzana and discussed which rooms needed deep cleaning and she then sent quotes for three options discussed. She was very friendly and professional. On the day, Farzana arrived on time with two staff members and introduced them. After the equipment had been unloaded, she left. The staff looked around the house with me to see what needed to be done and then promptly started work. They were very friendly and polite and worked very hard and efficiently. They did an oven clean as well as a thorough deep clean of the house – everything looks so much better. Quite a transformation. A very professional cleaning service. Genuinely thrilled with the level of service from Bright and Beautiful from start to finish. Farzana was very friendly and communicative when I asked for a deep clean of my house, and provided me with a quote (and two further quotes when I added/removed rooms) within 24 hours. She then had me booked in within two days of first contact.The cleaners themselves were fantastic. They were dropped off by Farzana and arrived with everything they needed (pet friendly cleaning supplies, too!) and got straight to work. My house was giving me so much anxiety and increasingly being neglected, and they've quite literally blown away the cobwebs and taken a big weight off my shoulders.I work from home during the clean and the girls checked in with me to make sure I was happy with each room and showed me any issues they came across. They were brilliant and I cannot fault a single thing. Great attention to detail was paid and I can relax into a lovely clean home. Thanks again!
