Bramley Post Office

Was empty when I went so my visit was nice and quick. Service could be friendlier

I went to the post office to make a last minute delivery and I walked in kind of lost. And I went to the till to ask a woman for help. I don’t know her name but she was very helpful! Although I should’ve done all the necessary things at home before coming in to deliver the package, she took time out of what she was doing to help me out and I really appreciate that I’m so grateful, I was struggling to get some things done and she proceeded to help me. I don’t know her name but I want to say a massive thank you to her! And she should carry on being the generous woman she is. THANK YOU!

I recently visited Bramley Post Office and was impressed by the level of service and efficiency provided by the staff.The staff were all well-informed and knowledgeable about their products and services, and they went out of their way to answer all of my questions.What really impressed me was the speed and accuracy of the service. I was able to quickly and easily send my parcel making the entire process seamless and hassle-free.Overall, I highly recommend this post office. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the level of service is top-notch.

Needed 2 small strips of sticky tape to attach the returns label which was printed shortly before heading to post office. The cashier could’ve exercised a little compassion and allowed me to use some instead of sending me out the door with a massive parcel. Thankfully the business next door gave me some.

One of the best post offices. Excellent service, staff are always attentive and helpful. Nothing is ever too much and they will go above and beyond to help with any service required

I've always found the staff here really quite rude, particularly the woman. Her face is never happy, she never says hello, she looks like shes annoyed all the time, and quite short the way she speaks to people.

Very good post office, lovely friendly people. Lady very helpful sorted my passport application very quickly. I have used this post office many times and would recommend to anyone.

I use this PO quite a bit to send ebay parcels. The staff are always friendly and ask how my day is going. They’re great at helping me with which service to use if I’m unsure of the best option.

Called in to order our holiday money. Was welcomed and treated with respect. We were given really good advise and the lady new her products, we never felt rushed and she explained all our options in detail. Would recommend this post office to everyone and first time gave a 5 star. I ordered some 5 canadian dollars bills and was told to call in for them a couple of days later. Told they hadn't come so she took my phone number and was going to reorder and would phone me when they came in. Never phoned me, I had to phone them and was told no 5 canadian dollar bills but 10 dollar bills. This is why I've change from 5 star rating to 2. Awful after sales
