Our new Planetwood door is brilliant. Steve Wells is an extremely skilled carpenter with an eye for detail and design. He produced a door of the highest quality. The rest of the Planetwood team provided a first rate, friendly and professional service. We have no hesitation in recommending Planetwood if a top quality, customised door is what you want. (PS Planetwood only make DOORS.). We can also confirm that the follow-up service is excellent. We needed the lock adjusting slightly and Steve provided a prompt and friendly response.

Avoid .After initial visit for an estimate for a fitted bookcase,our detailed wishes were ignored & a vague three line estimate was submitted which we somewhat naively accepted. Despite further visits the bookcase was supplied poorly prepared & light fittings were not supplied as detailed.It was left to our builder to step in to bring the bookcase up to standard & even after the final fitting, end finishers were left out.The company was very difficult to deal with.Finally after some negotiation a 10% discount was rather begrudgingly given.All in all not a pleasant experience - just wish they took some note of the customer's wishes by actually listening to the customer.
