My partner and I have just purchased an electric bike each from Chris at Cycle electric and i have to say the service was not 5 star I would rate his service from walking into his shop to recieving the bikes a lot more than 5 star it was excellent and some of the best customer service I have seen in many years. Nothing was to much trouble and never rushed. We would only say one thing if your looking for a fantastic selection of top quality e-bikes and service this is the place to be you wont regret it. Thank you Chris and your team for giving 2 pensioners a new lease of life.

Chris couldn't be more helpful if he tried & I didn't even buy my bike from him. Fully recommend.

I have recently bought a bike from Pedal Electric Cycles of Navenby and the advice, service and products are exceptional.I would recommend them to anybody with any interest in cycling.The service is first class and does not end when you walk out of the door.

REFUND! I ordered an e-bike with a 400 battery from Chris and paid in advance a total of £2049. He said i would have to wait 10-12 weeks, in actual fact i waited 24 weeks (6 months). I kept ringing Chris and he said he was very busy as he had alot of sales going through because e-bikes were popular in lock down. He rang to say the bike had finally arrived but because of the 6 month wait the price had gone up another £150, I said i'm sorry Chris but as i have had my hours cut at work i cannot afford to pay another £150 so i asked him for a full refund. He agreed to this but when i checked my bank he had given me £100 short, i rang him and he said he had re-sold the bike to another customer, so he was not out of pocket, but he was keeping my £100 as an admin fee. This was never mentioned to me in the original phone call. He then went on to say he had received compensation from the dealer because of the long waiting time.Chris you re-sold the bike straight away and got the full price for it as well as getting compensation off the dealer so PLEASE GIVE ME BACK my £100 you still have of mine as this is very unfair.REPLY: my reply to response from the ownerI paid the balance in full for the bike Chris which you re-sold over 4 weeks ago and you are not surprised by my review as this has been going on for weeks. You are very busy at the moment selling your bikes, which is very good news for you but i am on minimum wage and have had my hours cut at work due to covid, so £100 is alot of money for me to loose. You emailed my friend saying if we put a review on here you would not pay us, but after all this time you obviously have no intention of refunding me the £100. I wish you well Chris with your very successful business but please be kind to those who are not as fortunate as you.Kindness is everything.

These guys are just so awesome. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with all the patience in the world. Chris I can't thank you enough for setting me up with my Gazelle. called in one saterday the owner was very good explaning about ebikes sadly the shop was to full of bikes to try any out the owner said thay would arange a test of some bikes at another place a week later we have not recived an email or phone call to test any of there bikes so sadly we have to give this shop a single star

I would highly reccomend chris and his team at pedal electric cycles.After alot of corresponding with raleigh on my behalf he has me back on the road ! Its refreshingly rare to find someone in buisiness these days who will go to the lenghs that chris has to assist me even though i did not purchase my bike off him!The shop is conveniently located in the pretty village and the selection of bikes are amazing,im only sorry i did not know of chris and his shop before i purchased the bike i have but would definatley go to him for future purchases....Thanks for everything guys, wishing you continued success and prosperity.

Great service and excellent advice from Chris and the team at Navenby, bought a Gazelle e-bike after a thorough test ride, Chris spent time with me explaining all the controls etc... bike was delivered and another explanation of controls and charging, this has been one of my best buying experiences ever...thank you, highly recommended would certainly use again.

I have been considering buying an electric bike for two years.I visited Pedal Electric Cycles in Navenby and found Chris to be very friendly and knowledgeable.He gave me plenty of advice and information to take away. After visiting the shop for a second time my decision was made. I purchased a middle if the range hybrid electric bike, which I am absolutely delighted with. The level of service I received, which included delivery of my bike on a Sunday, was absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend.
