She picked up the pieces from another instructor that had completely knocked my confidence and self belief and built me back up to help me believe in myself and that I could achieve my goal. She is professional, kind and caring and most of all, she has the patience of a saint! I would highly recommend Ruki to anyone especially if you are dealing with self doubt or anxiety! Happy to say ruky is the best instructor I’ve ever had! She is friendly, punctual, and most importantly encouraging and patient. Her teaching techniques are brilliant, she ensured I understood everything and she genuinely cared about helping me reach my goal!Having had my fair share of driving instructors in the past, I became doubtful i’d ever find an instructor who’d make my experience enjoyable again. Thankfully I came across ruky! Throughout my time with her I suffered with anxiety and she dealt with it perfectly with kindness and patience which instilled the confidence that I’d lost. Wish I’d found her sooner! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I’ve done my refresher driving lessons with Ruki as I’ve passed my test in a different country . I was very nervous at first because I stopped driving many years ago , but she was amazing and helped me to get back on the road .
