TONI&GUY Exeter

A pixie cut is VERY specialized and I was delighted to find Tracey on my exploration of Exeter today when I discovered Toni & Guy salon on my mobility scooter where I was made welcome, being fully accessible. So I am one very satisfied customer with a perfect pixie style.

I got the impression that this was a busy time for everyone working in the salon today, nevertheless, the staff were all friendly and very professional. I chose to have my hair cut by a recently graduated, and very talented young hair dresser . The overall consultation,shampoo , cut and finish took around 30 minutes longer than the time given on my appointment , so it was fortunate I'd put an extra hour on my parking! I'll definitely choose this newly graduated hairdresser again !

First time in a hairdressers today. Normally go to a barber but that won't be happening again. Really enjoyed my experience and the lady that cut my hair was really nice (can't remember your name, sorry) begins with a G maybe? Very confident and also gave me a few good tips for styling my hair.

Tracey was amazing, I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly except fixing an issue but she was informative and helpful, spoke through the process and took the time to fix and cut my hair perfectly. As well as leaving with tips for issues with frizz and colour fade. Lovely atmosphere to

Great customer satisfaction, on arrival i was treated by a lovely friendly lady, covering media and appointments. I can’t thank Sam enough, he advised me on suitable hair cuts that would suit my face shape. Really happy with my hair cut and overall service. Highly recommend Sam, he is so skilled and an amazing hair stylist.

After 2 bad experiences this year with other salons, I was rather nervous about getting my hair done. I arrived rather early and was greeted and taken to a seat by a lovely young lady. Casey then came over to discuss what I wanted and was very helpful with advice and recommendations regarding the type of cut and treatment would work best. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who applied the treatment, but all of the staff I had interaction with were genuinely kind and caring. For the first time in what seems like a very long time, I left the salon very happy with my hair, extremely relaxed following a really lovely experience. I will definitely be returning.

I booked a pamper session as a treat for my daughter and I. Sam listened to what I was hoping for with my long, thick hair. He took care and attention throughout the cut, styling and finish. The result was amazing, the best experience of hairdressing I’ve ever had! Tracy was also as fab, my daughter was ecstatic with the results of her cut, style and finish, we felt looked after in such a friendly atmosphere and have booked again!

Had a lovely cut from Chantelle today, haven't had my hair cut in a long time and she did an amazing job! Very friendly, and really took her time making sure the cut was perfect.
