I give them 0 stars actually. Pennine Labels gives the worst customer service ever! I ordered my labels on 18th November and they have NOT still arrived (today is 30th December)!! I sent an enquiry for an estimated date of arrival on 26th November and they answered it would be 14 working days from payment (which means 18th Nov). They said they dispatched the labels on 10th Dec and the shipping company APC, which is another awful customer service company, attempted several deliveries. They said we were not in, even we were actually IN then, and they didn't leave a note for redelivery. I even asked for the reference number and phone number in the hope of arranging re-delivery by myself. The shipping company's phone just hangs up whenever I tried. So I physically went to the company's office to receive my labels, only to find out that my labels seem to have gone missing. I asked Pennine Labels for making another batch of labels to send or a full refund and still got no response. I'm using those labels for my small business and totally ran out of them in mid-December. Pennine Labels is destroying the quality of my work!! Such an irresponsible company. Never use them again.

Very good quality labels. I only needed a small run and they were super helpful and provided great advice, even liaising with the hat company for me. Very pleased will order again.
