It's outlet store so it's always a lucky dip.But bargain can be found.

We booked a slot so were seen to straight away. Good selection of school shoes, i booked earlier this year as the stock was low towards the end of the holidays last year. Service excellent, we even were helping a new girl with her training, being shadowed by a more experienced member of staff.

We hadn't booked an appointment for toddler shoe fitting but we were still in and out in 15minutes with a pair of shoes. All the staff were very pleasant even though it was busy.

It's a nice place to visit when you're nearby. They don't hold all the clarks available stock. With a few other stores around, sport, adventure, aquatics clean toilets nice cafes. One can quite easily enjoy a morning.

It's not a bad shop but just could not find what we wanted

Very pleasant staff. Reasonable range of shoes. They are seconds so don't grab & good try them on.

Arrived early Saturday morning, prepared for a wait as it is school shoe season. Wait time wasn't too bad, around 15mins. We were served by a young lady who had just started her shift, and let's just say, she wasn't as fresh as a daisy and ready to start a day at work!. Her attitude towards the children was dismissive and rude. She spoke to my son with no patience at all. He can't help it if his feet are not a regulation width. That's why we come to a supposed specialist fitting shop! My kids feet are a straight forward task but we were made to feel uncomfortable and all this resulted in a most unpleasant experience. I have taken the children here for years and always had a good result, with nice staff. Shame. As I probably will look at somewhere else to shop next year.
