Came out at very short notice when other '24 hour' companies wouldn't. Excellent service provided and very professional. Full report and receipt detailing all costs was provided. Would definitely use again if I unfortunately needed to.

Due too a rat infestation around my home and a distressed partner with a rat caught in trap that hadn’t been terminated John came out too the rescue on a bank holiday which he doesn’t work!!Always on time a general nice guy who can make you laugh in what feels like the worst situation! Above and beyondHighly recommend

We phoned late Tuesday night, wasps nest in man shed. John arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. Was like SAS, went in , took control, killed the little beggers, cleaned up and left. Done snd dusted, well with the money. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from John at Ridd-a-pest Thornton. My Mum had been plagued by aggressive seagulls nesting on the roof. John fitted very substantial but unobtrusive netting and spikes to prevent this happening again. Would highly recommend this gentleman for his professional work and customer friendly approach.

I can highly recommend John. I had a wasp's nest right outside my bedroom window and phoned for some advice. John came round the same day and treated the nest. A few hours later, not a wasp in sight! So relieved. Very friendly, prompt and professional service. Thank you
