What a refreshing change this place is in terms of buying a car / van. I recently purchased a Nissan van from Ben at Electric Cars Uk and I’m delighted. There was no hard sell whatsoever but more a case of making sure what I bought was the right product for me. Bens knowledge of the product was impressive and I would suggest far better than most Nissan dealerships. Communication was first class not only before the purchase but also after with Ben happy to answer any questions that arose. This really does seem like a business intent on keeping customers happy so that you will go back again next time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are in the market for an electric vehicle.

We live in NI and usually buy from GB. We've had varying experiences, usually good. But this comany and especially Ben were outstanding!Ben made the buying process a joy and organised everything, once we had the car he was also very helpful and nothing was to much for him.The Nissan electric van has been everything we expected. A special mention to Tyne (delivery driver) also, friendly, punctual and professional.A highly recommended dealer.

A stress free experience . Ben was first rate and professional in all aspects. His knowledge of the vehicles , choice of electric vehicle, our test drive all without sales pressure, his help in getting started with our new vehicle and assisting at every stage. Couldn't be better with the service. Great communication via web chat, WhatsApp and phone. First time I've distance-bought a car but all the information I wanted was supplied promptly, including a personalised walk-around video. Finance and delivery arranged with no problems and the car was immaculate - better than expected. Top-notch service.

These guys are great. They know their stuff concerning ev's, are friendly and helpful. They even let me measure the boot space on an i3 because I was unsure if it would work for me. Unhurried and no sales pitch. I would certainly recommend for advice and even if you want to take the plunge into the ev world.

I contacted Electric Cars UK, after not having great communication with a Main Nissan Dealer and them not listening to what I was saying.I got through to Ben who was great from beginning to end. I was a little skeptical with the whole COVID 'click and collect' set up, but having researched the company beforehand and read other reviews, I felt comfortable to continue. The finance process was really simple and all done from the comfort of my sofa.The 'click and collect' process itself turned out to be super simple and Ben explained everything plus giving a run down of the Vehicle when we arrived and how everything works (from the correct distance of course). Overall, great experience and I will definitely be recommending Electric Cars UK to anyone who asks about my new van!

Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander PHev from Ben, I love it. With it being a hybrid, you can re-charge the batteries while you're driving. Ben explained everything to me, how to drive the car as economically as possible. I would recommend Electric Cars UK as a highly professional and very helpful company and very pleasant people.
