Went to salon 3times,last time as an emergency last week. Disappointed with all services. Felt very uncomfortable.I didn’t like communication skills-had to explain myself on multiple occasions,one of them were looking at my nails,speaking his language and laughing. It was the same towards other ladies. Never go again.

Excellent attention to detail, any patterns you ask for they do perfectly. Nails never break or crack, unlike I have experienced previously. Best nail salon I have been to. Highly recommended

This afternoon I took a walk down to j nails and spa in Brooklands square with my little girl as a treat for her.She was really excited to get her nails paintedAs soon as we walked in we was treated with no respect. The lady who approached us had attitude from the time we walked in.Asked if we had an appointment booked i said no. Waiting was fine - she was rude and said wait as long as it takes then.We was looking at the nail colours. My little girl had the box of nail colours and it was snatched out of her hands by the woman that approached us when we walked in (my little girl is approaching 3) is that how children are treated?I would not advise this nail bar, Felt very mistreated and out of place. It’s Shame as it’s local to me, my friend and our 5 girls witch we all go every 3/4 weeks for a nails day so they have lost out on over £200 with JUST US going in, if children are not welcome then it should be stated
