Smile Dental Care

I had my first appointment today having been on the NHS waiting this for some time. I had a very good experience . My check up was thorough and professional but friendly. I am very relieved to back with an NHS dentist.

This dentist is awful, in my years of going to this practice I have seen numerous different dentist as they never stay long! They don't offer scrap & polish with your appointment you have to rebook another appointment. They say they have contacted you by email, text or phone for reminders or to cancel your appointment to which they haven't and because you haven't responded they delist you!! I wouldn't recommend this practice at all!!

I am an NHS patient at this practice and I can't believe the recent improvement! The care my children and I have recently been given has been fantastic. The dentist is so thorough and patient and we really feel well looked after. We are nervous patients but the staff really help you feel more at ease. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you!

Patik is one of the most patient dentists I've had. I'm very anxious every time I go and have work done but he always puts me at ease and I definitely recommend.

After not being registered with an nhs dentist in over 3 years due to my last nhs dentist neglecting my teeth and causing me some real tooth issues, i got a call from smile dental saying they had space on there nhs list. I was very apprehensive at first and full of aniexty.Reception staff are lovely and very friendly. My dentist Andrew is absolutely amazing made me feel very calm and spoke through exactly what he was doing and really patient. Ive had 2 appointments now the 2nd being an amazing clean!Feel very calm and relived ive actually found a dentist i dont mind seeing.Grateful for the phonecall for an appointment

Been here for 4 years and I've come the concussion this is the worst dentist I've been too. They keep saying yes all good with my teeth! But my teeth have never been so bad! They never do hygiene cleans scraps at the back of my teeth. Also my appointment has been cancelled few times without phone call. Due to dentist phoning in sick then they also tell me the dentist is no longer with them! This was very unprofessional. I'm currently looking for another dentist someone who can actually clean my teeth and spend more then two mins looking in my mouth.

Thank you for organising an emergency appointment for me. Personally, I found the dentist and her nurse to be friendly, patient and above all professional. The dentist did a superb job on fixing my broken front tooth and all within twenty minutes. It looks amazing and all on the NHS.The receptionists were very very smiley, helpful and efficient.All in all a very positive experience and a massive relief too.Thank you everyone.

I recently moved to the area and needed to register with a dentist due to having problems with a bridge that I had fitted after a car accident.I have used various dentist previously around the county as I have moved a lot due to work commitments.First impressions count as far as I am concerned. This dentist is by far the best I have ever been to.The reception staff were the most friendly and understanding of any I have ever met. The were considerate and sympathetic when I explained the problem I was having with my bridge and totally put my mind at eash and were able to book an appointment for me within a few days.They seemed concerned if I was in any pain and took the time to listen to my worries even when I could see they were under pressure as one of their sterilisation had broken down.FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT.VERY IMPRESSED SO FAR
