I rang Derek about a replacement oven to fit underneath a gas hob. All of the ovens I looked at were too big and I was concerned about finding a replacement. Derek was extremely helpful and suggested a Hotpoint model which I ordered online. Having received the oven on a Wednesday I contacted Derek re. fitting and he came out and installed it on the Friday. He did the job quickly and efficiently and without his invaluable advice I would probably still be searching for a suitable oven. Extremely happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate in using him again.

Called Derek at nearly 5pm one evening and he arrived the next morning in Seaham at 9.30. He quickly assessed the issue, called back promptly with a quote and provided an honest assessment of whether it was worth doing the work. We decided to replace the appliance rather than repair it on this occasion but would definitely use Derek again due to his responsiveness and honesty!

Derek gave me a phone estimate for my repair, for which I readily accepted. He obtained the part and fitted it within two days. He arrived well within the estimated arrival time, replaced the part and pointed out another part that would be required in the future, no pressure was put on me to do it soon. My repair was done at a good price by a professional repair engineer. Thank you Derek.
