I booked a manicure and pedicure for myself and my partner. We were both very happy with the way we were treated from the minute we stepped in the salon. The salon itself was nice and clean. By far one of the best salons I have visited.Does require booking in advance and they can get booked up. But worth waiting for an appointment with them.Would highly recommend and book again without hesitation.

Horrible place. Booked two massages for the day which they've been advertising via Treatwell. Called only a couple of hours prior to the scheduled time to say they have had an ongoing issue with their licence for A MONTH. AVOID.

Kate did an amazing job! She was so helpful when I was indecisive as to what colour I wanted for my french tip, she was very patient and showed me all the different colour combinations she had! The girls are also lovely! Will definitely be coming back

Avoid unless you are booking with the owner or the two more experienced nail techs. I will never return again, despite being here a few times and really enjoying their atmosphere.I attended a walk in appointment for shellac take off and redo. In short, my nails were shaped horribly, my manicure was not done well (cuticles overcut) and the shellac was thick and bubbly/dented in some areas.I emailed and called multiple times (from the night my nails were done up to eight days later) asking for resolution- no response to emails- called a few days after initial email to inform of email, told to call back when the manager is in- called back on the day told, told to wait for a call back. didn’t happen.- called back the following day, told manager is not working. told I should have come back a day or two later (not possible) then told I should have called or emailed earlier as it has been a week at this point (which I explained I had done both of these things multiple times)Eight days since my appointment date, I was finally able to speak to the manager. I called back and was asked whether there was something on my nails because their shellac doesn’t usually look like this. I was definitely gaslit, because the next salon I went to done my shellac perfectly with no issues. There was no reference to the shaping of my nails or the cutting of cuticles. The resolution offered was that I can have them redone but will have to pay for the manicure (£15) again because it had been a week.Shocking resolution to be honest and that is why I will never return again. It’s a shame.

I recently visited Pinks Nail and Beauty to have my shellac nails removed, and unfortunately, I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. From the moment I walked in, the lack of friendliness and poor customer service from the lady who attended me was evident. She barely bothered to explain the process or duration of the shellac removal.My primary concern was the removal of the shellac itself. I absolutely loveeeee coming to Pinks! The atmosphere is so calming and the staff are all so incredibly friendly and professional. They really pamper their clients here by serving us drinks and biscuits whilst having our treatments. I always look forward to my visits to Pinks.
