Excellent service from the team in Bracknell. Took my watch in for adjustment, and within 10 minutes they had completed the job. No messing around, quality and much appreciated

My favourite jewelers in town. Large varied selection from high end watches, to reasonable priced fashion watches. My tip is to always ask the staff for help, they will bring things you may not have seen at better prices. Give them a price to work to and let them bring a selection to you to compare.

I purchased a Raymond Weil watch from Beaverbrooks in Bracknell for my wife’s birthday. The watch had been discounted due to a small scratch on the back but was new.My wife was delighted with the watch but, unfortunately, the battery was dead and therefore not working. On returning to the shop to have the problem resolved she was told it couldn’t be replaced and the watch would have to be sent back to Raymond Weil to have the watch repaired with a 4-6 week turnaround.My wife was very disappointed as she was wanting to start wearing her birthday present but there was no alternative resolution offered.While I understand the product was discounted Surely a “reputable” company like Beaverbrooks shouldn’t be selling items, and expensive ones at that, in a not working condition.Very disappointing purchasing experience.

Very good service from all the staff. They all appeared genuinely happy to be working there and it showed by how they dealt with me and the other customers. They were happy and cheerful and very helpful. They did not rush anything and gave full explanations . Well done.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Georgina. i went in to get a few links taken off my watch and i went shopping after and came back and my watch was all done and it fitted perfectly. They happily told me that if i wanted to add or have any more links taken off then to bring my receipt back in and they’ll do it for free.very happy customer :)

I have waited a long time to own a nice watch and after saving for several years I decided to buy my TAG watch from Beaverbrooks in BrackneBrcknell who I thought would be able to help me should I have a problem with my time piece. How wrong can you beMy watch stopped working after a few weeks an returning if to the shop I w gold it would take 14 to 16 weeks to repair.i think yhis is an unacceptable and don't really want s repaired watch which k purchased as new from your store.i would really like the watch replaced of memory refunded so I can purchase a new watch elsecwhere yourwhich I thought was

Staff seemed helpful and kind, however sold me a damaged ring and then wouldn’t let me return it as they said it was damaged? As a jewellers you’d expect them to tell their customers if there was an issue with their item. However I was not aware, it was tried on, same day exchange and I was refused any type of refund or exchange as it was claimed marked. Appalling service and I will not be returning.
