Great customer service from the team. I was in the Brecons on a tour when my bike suffered a serious problem with the fuel injection system. Rang up the team and they agreed to allow me to bring it in for a check on the diagnostic system, they were unable to fix but assured me that I would be able to get home without causing any damage.They couldn't have been more helpful & were a pleasure to deal with, all this free of charge!This contrasts greatly with the Kawasaki main dealer in Swansea, M&P Kawasaki who didn't want to know, and couldn't even be bothered to advise me where to go for help... I'm glad they aren't my local dealer...

Great bunch of guys from all departments- sales, service and parts. Gareth and Ian are the two guys I have dealt with but the other guys there also pleasant. Great selection of new and used bikes, no pushy sales tactics just facts and figures then leave you to it.

This dealership thinks they are above the law. I'll have to retrieve my £500 deposit through the Motor Ombudsman or court due to Terry playing games and not returning it. Old school, dodgy dealer behaviour. FOLLOWING Terry's REPLY I'd like to share that his recollection of events are as honest as his sales tactics. And after three weeks this is the first mention of not having my correct card numbers to get the deposit back. I have checked the email sent with the details and the numbers are correct. Just more lies!

Popped in to get an idea of my first big bike after hopefully passing my test in early 2022. The sales guy was very friendly, informative and genuine. Allowed me to sit on the Ninja 650 and eased my concerns over the seat heigh. Offered me a great deal on a new bike ...I'll be back.

Excellent service! I brought my bike in for a MOT at the garage and had a look around the shop while I waited and was very impressed with the setup.Staff are all helpful and friendly, from the 2 guys I spoke to in the garage, to the 3 staff I spoke to in store. They all know their stuff and aren't pushy, just good, professional and friendly service from all. The shop is well displayed, with a great selection of bikes, spanning several classes and sizes and there's loads of accessories and kit upstairs.Prices are about right and there were quite a few bargains on some of the offers on both the kit and bikes, if you have a good look! All in all, definitely worth a visit if you're in to your bikes or need a quick, reliable and honest MOT. Excellent stuff!

The guys here are absolutely amazing! The service they provide is first class. They really do ho that extra mile to look after you. From sales/ after sales department to the service department. Even with covid restrictions in place.I had my bikes 1st MOT this morning. I was able to turn up at a time (quite early) that suited me. They got my bike in and done first thing so I could still get to work on time. Amazing service.
