Awful experience!Please don’t waste your money or time. I went in for a haircut ( more a trim tho) wash and blow dry .My hair has been constantly pulled, drying my hair by slapping it all over( not jock ), kept on blow drying by pulling on my hair some more and dryer on high heat, no product was used and at the end wanted to apply hair spray, the style won’t last not even two hours. All of this was done in max 20min. Do as you want with this info, I shall not be back!

The sisters who do eyebrows at this shop are absolutely amazing at what they do. The lashes are always on point. Keep ot up girls.

I have visited this salon several times during my transition from the previous owners who were exceptional. However, I have consistently been disappointed by their poor customer service. Upon entering the salon, I find the staff unapproachable, and despite having no other customers, they seem disinterested in my presence. Additionally, they do not take the time to understand my requests, resulting in unsatisfactory outcomes. The staff often speak in their own language, which is not only rude but also unprofessional. They seem more interested in socialising with each other, neglecting the hygiene of the salon and leaving hair scattered on the floor. Furthermore, the way they handle my hair is too rough, causing me discomfort. Due to these experiences, I have decided not to return to this salon. For the price they are charging, I expect better customer service. It's disappointing to receive such subpar service despite paying a premium. I believe that good customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, especially in the beauty industry, where clients expect to feel pampered and cared for. Unfortunately, this salon fails to meet those expectations, and it's not worth the cost.

My cousin and I have been visiting Glow for around 5 years now (on a monthly basis for eyebrow threading and blowdries - as well as toning / dying my hair). The Glow team continuously exceed our expectations - they are absolutely wonderful and a very talented bunch. Highly recommend.

I have been a regular customer at this hairdresser salon for some time now, but I have noticed that the way they treat their customers depends on their mood for the day. When they are in a good mood, they are kind and helpful, but when they are in a bad mood, they make me feel uncomfortable. Despite this, I decided to continue going there because of its proximity to my house and tried not to pay too much attention to it.However, my last experience was extremely disappointing. I had booked an appointment for a haircut, but when I arrived, I was made to wait for 30 minutes. The salon was empty, and all the staff were inside having lunch and having fun while I sat there in an empty salon, wondering if anyone would show up. After 30 minutes, I finally requested if someone would attend to me, and someone came to wash my hair quickly, not even spending 2 minutes on it. To my dismay, my hair was still dirty after the wash. When I mentioned this to the hairdresser, she replied that it was probably the shampoo I was using at home. I felt insulted and disrespected, as they seemed to think I was stupid.As a regular customer, I expected to be treated with more respect and kindness. However, I have decided not to go back to this salon. There is another hair salon that recently opened next to this one, and they are much kinder, happier, and treat their customers with respect and professionalism. I will be giving my business to them instead.

Highly recommend Glow. Have been coming to this salon since it opened. I have complete trust with the staff who are always so helpful, friendly and professional. I have difficult hair, Glow has been the only salon to cope with my hair!!

Had the most amazing wax here,the hair was very short but she’s so talented she kept going until it was completely hairless even going back in with tweezers !Won’t get waxed anywhere else now x

Fui con la idea de que me corten el cabello y que me hicieran el alisado.Luego de comenzar el alisado me informó el peluquero que no podía realizar el corte, si me lo hubiera informado claramente desde el principio yo hubiera obtenido lo que buscaba.Tristemente el alisado me duró menos de tres semanas, cuando un buen tratamiento suele durar, al menos, varios meses.

I have been coming this salon years and never ones disappointed, always happy with my hair after the cut, colour and blow dry , if there is a 6 stars , I would give 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
