Unprofessional place. They are rude to their customers and mistreat them. I initially bought my shower from here (because the initial sales person was really great) and I went back to get other parts but ended up getting a refund on everything I bought from them since their attitude was unacceptable.

Really poor customer service, sold me goods not as per invoice then would not refund the difference as they are overcharging by 50% compared to other suppliers. Be weary with regards to model numbers and disciriptions if you have to use these guys as a last resort.

I bought a German kitchen from Windmill Heating, Bathrooms & Kitchens. I had the most pleasurable experience from the very start of the project right through to having it delivered to my house. At planning stage, the designer looked at every detail very thoroughly and planned a stunning yet practical kitchen for us. I must say, it was a project I had been planning for a long time and went to various kitchen suppliers. Windmill made the whole process so simple and stress free and more so did not put a big dent on my bank account. I am very pleased with my dream kitchen and spend most of my time in there.

The team is professional and knowledgeable, they deliver on time, and if items are not in stock they can source them usually within a day, they also have a good showroom which means we can send our own clients to the shop aswell. AVOID THE SHOP! VERY BAD SERVICE & THEY SELL DAMAGED PRODUCTS.Bought a WC unit and it was clearly damaged and the store tried pushing the damaged part to try fix it. And then said it’s the design. I asked if they can reorder it and they said no cause they can’t be bothered going through the process.AVOID THIS SHOP!

Ordered a full kitchen and 2 bathroom suites and I have to say the team there at Windmill went above and beyond to supply everything! I wanted to go direct to a shop rather than through a builder or planner as I wanted to get the best value. I've saved so much going direct and the whole team made the experience very good. Special mention to the delivery driver who was the most friendly and courteous person I ever come across such a positive and inspirational man!
