Despite not being able to actually receive the product I'd bought due to Brexit restrictions my experience of this company was extremely positive. Not only did they immediately refund the purchased cost but sent an explanatory and apologetic email - within two hours of the transaction. This kind of thing is happening more often nowadays but most companies take a few days to get back to you. The level of professionalism exhibited by these guys is vastly superior to the standard and one can completely feel assured of the quality of their service.

Absolutely Brilliant!I haven't drunk Mate for long, but I now know where to get everything from. Customer service is spot on and shipping times are super fast. Their shop have a wide range of Mate and accessories, and each order comes with instructions. Everything is of the highest quality and the prices are excellent.I would highly recommend shopping at urushop!

I am getting supplied with Yerba with Urushop for past 2 years. This week I had a first issue with a delivery, however the gentleman on the phone sorted out the issue for me and the parcel arrived the same day.Definitely one of the best range of Yerba Mate in the UKAll the best to the team!

What a company, so glad I stumbled across this gem of an organisation! One less reason to shop on Amazon, this place is like a candy store to a kid. British Yerba enthusiasts every need in one place. Treated myself to a guampa, a bag of Taragui tropical, and some alfajores. My delivery was dispatched and arrived very quickly.
