Lime Property
Lime have managed a small portfolio for us for nearly 5 years. It’s an investment but it yields 10%+ and we’ve had great advice on what to buy and rent ability. Service excellent, management excellent, communication excellent - in fact, a particular feature is that Lime personnel seem more than happy to respond in a friendly way and, often, out of hours. Zero help from the agency is trying to help book a viewing for any properties in Hull despite knowing that’s I’ll be moving from 130miles away. Maybe the agency can teach its management and staff the art of customer service. Doesn’t take much time out of your day guys.

Lived in one of their properties. of course, when I had problems and called for help, they answered after a few days and then said that they were helping with the problem. We did not receive help, we were left with the problems for a long time. The property was not well isolated we had problems with rats, insects and in the winter, cold air enters through the closed windows.
