Brilliant service. I had brought a car from here a few months back now I am in love with the car, in viewing it was in such great condition for its age (53 Reg) also a brilliant price. I couldn’t say how great the customer service was with a gentleman named Bob he was very professional, telling me more information about the car than needed and such a friendly person. Also letting me test drive to see how it felt. I just cant exaggerate anymore how he went above and beyond as a car sales man than any other previous experience I have had at other dealers. Would highly recommend UK performance cars. Once again thank you I love my gold ☺️

We have just had a positive experience dealing with Bob of Uk Performance Cars Ltd..Bob communicates well, is fair & wants above anything else for his customers to be satisfied.Purchasing unseen or tested is challenging in these COVID times, but the MB E Class Cabriolet wasin better condition than I had anticipated, well presented & my trade in allowance was fair.His over the phone assessment was accurate & it is clear from the customer feedback that manyothers customers have enjoyed the manner that business is conducted by Bob & return when ready for a change. This is the definition of a customer. Finally, just to say I am experienced car buyer having started my working life in my parents Ford dealerships. Now I’ve moved on & lead a classic car group in Suffolk owning in total 5 cars including our our 3 classics. So in summary we would certainly recommend dealing with Uk Performance Cars Ltd..

Really happy with this purchase. Car with very low mileage for year, all quality checked in advance with an RAC inspection report, and ready to drive away on the spot. Clean, valeted. Only issue was a worn door seal - BUT - Bob ordered a replacement as part of the deal and personally drove to my home a week later to fit it. That's customer service. A straight talking guy, a pleasure to deal with, highly personable and does what he says. He's building his business in Kent and is clearly making a big effort to do so. I wish him and UK Performance Cars the very best in their endeavours and can highly recommend them.

Totally blown away by the service I have received by this company, I purchased a trade vehicle so expected to just have a quick conversation and thats it, however Bob has been totally professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed every step of the way and even organising the delivery.His explanation of the vehicle was spot on and his honesty was totally admirable throughout, I even had a follow up call after delivery and this is on a trade vehicle.. well done Bob and the staff here you deserve 5 stars

Wow - if only all car dealers worked this way. Bobs communicationwas very quick.. We arranged an appointment. On arriving to his showroom we actually forgot what we came to see. Sold us a lovely car. Very happy with our new car. Recommend this guy, Takes a lot interest in the car and the customer. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought a VW Tiguan from them and honestly our conversation with them from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. A professional and likeable service. The car was just a as described by them, no hidden issues.2 weeks into the purchase, the infotainment screen started malfunctioning. We panicked and gave them a call and they covered it in the guarantee just as promised. No hidden cost to us. I don’t blame them for this issue, I mean it’s a 2008 car, these kind of issues are due to rise.Would definitely recommend. They are trustworthy people.

I just recently bought a freelander from this dealer. What a great car! I'm really pleased with it and nothing was too much trouble for Bob, the guy I dealt with.
