I would highly recommend Fleetwood Lettings to anyone. Especially to someone who is new to the whole renting a house thing. You get amazing and understanding people helping you through the process.They helped me and my partner with our first place. We were and still happy with the place we have through Fleetwood Lettings. You get people who care for the tenants in their rental properties.Coming from someone who hadn’t rented before I was walked through the process. I got told what I was signing and what the purpose was.You won’t get the same care from any other letting agency.

I can’t possible tell how wonderful the agency has been to me, they are so passionately and full of compassion. The company put their tenant happiness first and always ready to help at any point in time, I can confidently say they are my family here in Sunderland.

frustrating experience with Fleetwood. They consistently ignored my emails and calls, leaving me in the dark for 15 days during the application process. To make matters worse, they ultimately rejected my application without any valid reason.

Louis and Colette have turned an absolute nightmare into a success story. The tenants abandoned the property, then the gas meter was stolen and the property required a refurb including decorating, new carpets, hob and oven, garden. Louis and Colette did everything that was necessary in a calm and professional manner and turned the property back into a very desirable home, and then found new tenants. Well done!!!

Amazing landlords!! Been with them for just over 3 months. But it’s been a pleasure so far, Colette and everyone there are so professional and kind! Always on hand to help us when we need it.The whole process from viewing to moving was made easy and straight forward.
