Much improved since rebranding from RS McColl. Better availability all around and better choice. At least now the Cold chain areas of the shop work and you can shop them. Range in this area I.e. cold chain could be improved. Focus is strongly on convenience but focus is too much on small format convenience whereas store is large enough to carry much more of a range in the fridges and offer a better selection for their customer instead of lots of space dedicated to soft drinks. Co-ops do this very well and if memory serves me well this shop actually used to be one a lifetime ago. Layout of products and customer journey could be reviewed as well as it took me a while to find the bread section and also the apples which live separately from the rest of the chilled produce alongside bananas etc. All in all though it is a good shop with amazing staff and the service was excellent.
