I cannot recommend Fran enough. I am so pleased we chose her to sell our home.Her enthusiasm, passion and knowledge are unrivalled, and her communication is above and beyond all expectations.Fran sold our property within 2 weeks of being on the market and kept in touch continuously with us, solicitors, our buyer and the other agent to ensure a smooth sale. Never once did I have to chase her, or have messages left unanswered, Her service really is second to none.

We recently engaged Fran from HS homes Solihull to sell our property and she has been absolutely superb so far. The experience with her has been second to none and the communication on progress is exceptional. Recently sold subject to contract and some issues came up beyond our control that threatened the sale early on. However, Fran went beyond her duties to try and salvage the purchase and due to her negotiation skills has now put us back on track. What can I say, an absolute workhorse with passion and, with our experience so far, would not hesitate to recommend her. The ultimate professional that puts your mind at ease and an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I genuinely can’t fault Fran or the service she has delivered.As a first time buyer the whole process was new to me but Fran has been with me every step of the way, making sure all the dots connected and I knew what to expect. I’ve dealt with Fran the manager of HS Homes of Solihull as a landlord. I couldn’t be happier of her knowledge, service and friendliness. She conducted 30 viewings for my property in just 2 days. She kept me informed every step of the way (Even at 9pm she would still send you email updates).I’ve previously used the high street agencies but felt I am just a number for them on their performance sheet. With Fran it was a genuine one to one service.I wouldn’t hesitate recommending HS Homes of Solihull for any landlord or tenant looking for a professional and friendly agency.
