Outstanding quality and service, both in the shop and with deliveries! After having tried numerous other dry cleaners, we came to City Centre Dry Cleaners and have used them ever since - for shirts, jackets, designer clothes, silk dresses and shirts, leather and bed linen - and they handle everything with top notch quality, on time, and with friendliness. Even boots that look like a mess after a shoot come back as new, neatly wrapped. Their quality and professionalism is consistently second to none, both in the shop and with deliveries, and their staff is so friendly and professional. Our warmest recommendation!

This location was of no help with doing our laundry last minute, we stopped by for wash and fold service and were told we were too late for same day service at 11am. Even if they delivered the next day they were still going to charge us for same day service because “it was after 10am”. They then proceeded to recommend another laundromat which we walked to, just to find that they did not offer wash and fold services. We wasted an hour of our vacation time trying to do our laundry with this service, if you’re looking for same day wash services I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Amazing dry cleaners, brought my daughters dior dresses back to life after another cleaners all but destroyed them.I refuse to go anywhere else now after being recommended directly by dior on new bond street.They have cleaned clothes that even raffles in singapore didnt want to take responsibility for.The only negative would be missing items from a delivery, but Adelina sorted this out professionally and promptly without a second ask.I would not recommend any cleaner in london instead of these, they handle at least 40k worth of my wardrobe a month effortlessly.
