Jo Goddard Reflexology
Jo's Reflexology is a wonderful experience.. Her treatment room is an oasis of calm. I have received reflexology from Jo for help with sleep, arthritis and general back pain and the benefits have been amazing. Her treatments are really gentle and soothing which is how I like it and the advice she offers is both informative and helpful. I always look forward to my next session.

I went to see Jo at 37 weeks pregnant due to feeling the normal symptoms of third trimester pregnancy. Jo immediately set me at ease and was so professional. I went into such a deep state of relaxation, I didn’t want the treatment to end. I will be back once the baby arrives.

I can not recommend Jo highly enough. She is intuitive, kind and hugely gifted. She has been a massive support through some very challenging health problems, and after an hour in her chair you’ll leave feeling calm and confident, and like you have a new friend. Do yourself a favour and book in a course of treatments.

Jo is the most wonderful Reflexologist. She is professional, intuitive and educated.Each Reflexology treatment with Jo is done with so much care.She is so warm and welcoming, making you feel at ease.Before the treatment begins she always allows time for me to talk so she can give me the very best out of my treatment. There’s no rush and I feel completely at ease.I always feel the benefits after a treatment with Jo, I feel so much more positive and relaxed.I would highly recommend Jo.

My first time experiencing Reflexology & wasn’t sure what to expect, as a long distance runner I don’t sit still for long but Jo made me feel so comfortable & relaxed I almost fell asleep! I felt so good afterwards, really like how Jo explained the different areas of the foot and effects on the body, definitely learned a lot. Highly recommend Jo, felt completely at ease the moment I walked in.

I had a treatment here for my back problems, Jo is polite, informative and extremely good at what she does, so much so my wife now also uses her for sleep and menopause symptoms.I cannot recommend Jo enough to anyone.
