Shocking. Steps to successfully ruin our postal service:1) refuse to pay posties a decent wage for the hard work they do.2) change parcel delivery so you can no longer pick your parcels up in the morning from the DO, even if you live right round the corner from the DO. Therefore making next day delivery 3 day delivery, as they insist on doing two delivery attempts before bringing it back to the DO... Why??? It was perfectly fine as it was. The only reason is to reduce running costs because shareholders are greedy...3) Cut DO hours drastically, whilst not telling anyone. Making it impossible to get your parcel on time and making it even harder to drop off parcels for posting.At the whims of private shareholders when this is a core service in our country. Frequently never get NHS appointment letters on time. Awful awful service now. Needs to be taken back into public ownership. Profit for shareholders means nothing when the service is falling apart.They want to be more like DPD/competitors" but so far their changes in service have been even worse than yodel/hermes/evri!"

Next day “guaranteed” delivery yet the driver attempted to deliver my parcel twice day after day saying no one was home when there was. Now have to collect the parcel myself instead two days later. Post office times are also unreliable they are only open for two hours in the morning.

Efficient staff and very helpful. They open 7 days a week which is very convenient. It should be always the first option for anyone sending / recieving packages in the good old traditional way.

—-----------------------They have several different opening time posters at door, Google times are wrong but it seem like they are closing at 10am nowadays?!I use to drop my business parcels off here but with these new ridiculous opening times I am going to switch to DPD (as I can drop off parcels 24 hours a day)Royal Mail seem to be going backwards not forwards)

We have rearranged delivery of our parcels to a Saturday a couple of times and unfortunately no one has tried to deliver them, so something is wrong with the system there. Lovely customer service when you go there and easily accessible on foot or via public transport.However, the opening hours of the delivery office are incorrect on the Royal Mail website. In the office they said they have ben trying to get them to change them for months. So I have attached a photo (taken and checked 2nd May 2023) of their most up to date opening hours.Furthermore, when picking up a parcel for someone else you need their ID as well as yours.

I drop my iPhone for a trade in with Apple. Didn’t gave me a receipt ticket, everything seemed very suspicious.

Not impressed. Paid for GUARANTEED next day delivery and not only did it take 3 days, they sent it to the wrong delivery office TWICE sending it to the sout DO and then the collection in Beeston.They rerouted it twice and I tried to collect it but alas! The post office is only open for TWO HOURS early in the morning and they don't bother to change their open times on google.I doubt I'll be getting money back for the terrible service... Royal mail sort yourself out
