Highly disheartening treatment! Came in for our toddler with 104 temp they just gave ibuprofen and left us waiting for 5 hours !!! It's a shame how they run this place !! Absolutely no compassion with staff either !! Horrible experience!!! Wish we never have to come back

Was admitted to Cardiac Care Unit for emergency PPCI. What brilliant, professional, caring surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff. It's no exaggeration to say they saved my life. Thank you.

I have read quite a few negative comments on this page and I'm really sorry to hear of some of your personal experiences. I however need to say a massive thank you to them. My 8 year old boy had a bad break and ended up requiring emergency limb saving surgery. The staff where fantastic with him from triage to the ward staff. He was treated amazingly by such caring staff. I personally can't thank them enough Xx

Our daughters our currently in the neonatal department staff are extremely friendly helpful keen to talk you through the care I really can't say enough for the staff in the neonatal department I never thought would have needed a department but I'm glad we've had a department like this one to deal with our twin daughters Demi-leigh and Wendy-grace thank you for all you are doing

I attend the rheumatology department on a regular basis, and I can't fault them. I'm always seen promptly, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. My consultant and nurse specialists are amazing. They always take the time to really LISTEN to what I have to say and always provide excellent care and advice. I was referred for an MRI and was surprised at how quickly I received the appointment, which was on a Sunday. The staff at the appointment were amazing at calming me and reassuring me (I'm terribly claustraphobic!) during the scan, and took the time to find the best ways for me to cope with it.The only criticism I have is the parking. It's a nightmare trying to find a parking space since the park and ride closed.

I was admitted to. A&E on Tuesday 25th of July. My treatment for 2 days and nights was exemplary efficient professional and kind.All the staff were amazing and sensitive and personable.Given the problems within the NHS I was amazed at how focused all were on the patient and level of service.I wish them all well in their efforts to secure just treatment and rewards for their brilliant service and that they receive the rewards they are due. The health of the Nation is in their hands and they are responding by showing how brilliant they are despite the undervaluing of their effortsMany thanks to those in A&E. and in Ward 4AJWilson .

Can not thank all of the hard working Dr's and nurses at glan clwyd! If it wasnt for their efforts my partner would of lost his foot. He's just been discharged today from hospital after a week stay on ward 3 and what an amazing team of people he had taking care of him. Its clear how busy they are and they still manage to have a smile on their face even after working long hour shifts. We can not thank them enough for everything they have done for us over the last week.

I've recently been discharged from having wisdom teeth surgery. The level of patient care pre/post op was exceptional. Can't thank you enough :) Viva la NHS!

Review is for the maternity ward, midwife staff, doctors and consultants we dealt with:Amazing attentive staff, truly amazing people doing a difficult job. The spirit and professionalism of everyone we came in contact with was incredible, i have never seen anything like it.We was cared for as soon as we walked through the door, even me and i was there just to carry the bags and get a bruised hand when the time came.My partner's and unborn child (at the time) health was top priority and at no point did we feel uncomfortable or concerned (other than the expected concern part of pushing a human out of another human).Some of the amazing people we dealt with were Emma, Marie, Alice, Chloe, just to name a few, there were others but didnt catch the names. Thank you again.
