Absolutely fantastic and very professional work carried out thanks to Jacqui Mayer and her team at Chesworths Solicitors. I was informed on a regular basis of the progress of our house purchase (from my son) and couldn't really ask for more during the whole transaction which was very speedy. I didn't have to contact them even once as everything was send to us by post and email and my sons partie on time. Receptionist who picked up the telephone was not at all helpful , infact she was rude ! I know people get stressed ,but don't take how you are feeling out on a complete stranger who happens to ring where you work !

I recently contacted Chesworths to obtain the original wills of my parents in order for me to obtain probate, they were extremely helpful regarding this matter, I was telephoned back on a number of occasions and I was able to obtain them without any issues, thanking you all for your help at a difficult time…

This solicitor completely failed to listen to the customer and then told us they would back out of making a Will and not follow our requirements and they said they would not provide a Will then charged an 81 year old lady £120 for making an enquiry to make a Will!!!Shame on you Chesworth Solicitors!!!!
